We offer shipping AUSTRALIA WIDE at exceptionally low rates!

  • Shipping costs vary for each buyer depending on postcode/location, weight and dimensions of total order.
  • If our couriers are unable to reach the address provided – customers will be notified and will either need to arrange a private courier of their own or collect from our transport providers nearest Depot.
  • We do not drop ship - all our stock is held in our Warehouse which can also be dispatched from there.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • Typically, if both a pre ordered item AND an in-stock item are purchased within the same order, we will dispatch the order once the pre order item arrives. If you would like your in-stock item shipped first, please contact us so we can provide you with a quote to part ship.
  • With our large volume of orders, please allow time for shipping confirmation and once a tracking number is generated, be mindful that the items need to be picked/packed, then collected by our couriers.
  • To keep shipping efficient and costs low, orders with more than one item are typically shipped once all items on order are available.
  • We send out both a shipping confirmation email and SMS notifying you of dispatch with tracking upon label creation 
  • Remote locations will inevitably take a little longer – we ask that you please bear with us in getting orders out to remote locations.
  • Bulk orders pending items size and weight are palletised for efficient and safe movement to ensure all items are securely packed and delivered.
  • Removal of any pallets/waste at delivery site is not our responsibility
  • The courier company's responsibility is to onlydeliver the product. It is not their responsibility to bring the order into your home or down your driveway.
  • If a delivery is futile extra shipping may be charged for re delivery
  • We offer in house installation services for an additional charge – please contact us on and one of our friendly staff members will happily assist you.
  • If you choose to exercise our 14-day money back guarantee policy, freight/delivery expenses will not be refunded. We will only refund the costs of the item(s) themselves.
  • If you have a change of mind once product has been shipped or received, all shipping to return the item will be at your expense.
  • We currently do not ship internationally unfortunately but keep an eye out for the future.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to regional addresses may be affected due to area restrictions. If our couriers are unable to service delivery to an address, we will have to alternatively source a local depot for collection. In this instance we may refund a portion of shipping for a depot delivery instead of home delivery.

  • Order value of minimum $999.00

  • Delivery address must be in listed metro regions in the Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane areas. Please click here to see if your postcode qualifies for Free Shipping.

  • We will also Include Depot deliveries options (available at checkout) - Please enquire within to see if you're eligible to receive free shipping

  • For depot collections outside metro regions listed we may offer free shipping however please enquire first

  • For bulky orders (smith machines, treadmills etc) these will be delivered with a tailgate truck. This is kerbside service meaning that it will note be dropped off inside your home. (Please note: the driver is not obligated to assist you in moving your order into your home)

  • Ideally you need to be home to receive your order unless you confirm ATL is available

  • Re-deliveries due to futile delivery will be at your cost.

  • Assembly is not included however is available through 3rd parties we refer you too. (Please note we do not book or quote installations, we simply provide the contacts)

  • In the unlikely event order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit we will need to investigate with couriers and investigation will need to be concluded before we provide any reshipping, returns or refunds. 

  • ETA’s provided are subject to change and 24/7 Gym Equipment is not liable for any of the courier delays.

Processing your order:

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow up to 21 days to pick, pack and dispatch your order. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and it will include your tracking details.

In the unlikely event that a shipment cannot be honoured within the 21 day period due to item(s) being out of stock or reasons beyond our control, 24/7 Gym Equipment will determine, in its discretion, the reasonable method to remedy the issues - refunds are not eligible

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs vary for each buyer depending on postcode/location, weight and dimensions of total order. 

Our freight costs are either flat prices for certain metro areas for small parcels or charged based on flat basic plus per KG rate per postcode.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.



PLEASE NOTE: We provide estimated dates of arrival for our customers. The ETA can change if there is a delay in manufacturing, delay with ship on the water, congestion at port or other unfortunate factors out of our control. If you notice an ETA change, please contact us for more information. We do try to keep all customers informed and up to date, however if we do miss something, we are happy to speak with you and discuss the new arrival dates. 

The estimated arrival dates are for an early, mid or late arrival regarding the month the item may be arriving.

The ETA is to our ports, and we classify the arrival dates as follows: 

- Early: 1st - 10th

- Mid: 11th - 20th

- Late: 21st - 31st 

If the item states Arriving, without 'early, mid or late'. The item could arrive any day that month. We are mostly likely awaiting confirmation of the arrival date and will update the website as soon as this is received. If you need more information, please contact us on and we will be more than happy to assist with any enquiries.


PLEASE NOTE: The estimated delivery dates are based on the couriers we use. We do not have our own drivers; all deliveries are done with our chosen transport providers.  The ETA can change if there is a delay with couriers, item is lost in transit, mis-directed, damaged in transit, peak transport depot periods, vehicle breakdowns or any other unfortunate factors out of our control. If there is an ETA delay, we ask for your patience and understanding, please know our team is doing their best to rectify.  Feel free to contact us for more information. We try to keep all customers informed and up to date, however if we have not been informed ourselves or miss something, we are happy to speak with you and assist. 

The estimated delivery dates, are an ETA from point of courier collection and are as follows:

  • Brisbane: 2-5 days
  • Sydney: 2-5 days
  • Melbourne: 2-5 days
  • Other cities: 5-21 days
